1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sahara Autos LLC. By accessing or using our website (saharaautosllc.com) or visiting our dealerships in Middletown and Hamilton, Ohio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Vehicle Pricing, Specifications & Availability

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the prices, mileage, equipment, and vehicle specifications displayed on saharaautosllc.com are accurate, typographical errors and system delays may occur.

Advertised prices do not include applicable state sales tax (Ohio or state of registration), title and licensing fees, registration charges, or dealer documentation fees authorized by state statute. Please confirm vehicle availability and total out-the-door price with a sales manager prior to purchase.

3. Test Drive Policies

To participate in a test drive at either our Middletown or Hamilton facility, you must present a valid, unexpired United States driver's license and proof of current automotive liability insurance. We reserve the right to decline or terminate test drives at our discretion to protect customer and staff safety.

4. Trade-In Evaluations

Any online trade-in estimates or preliminary valuations provided via our website or messaging channels are non-binding approximations based on market data. Official trade-in purchase offers are finalized following a physical inspection and mechanical diagnostic review by a Sahara Autos appraisal specialist.

5. Warranties & Condition

Unless explicitly documented on the official Buyer's Order / Bill of Sale as carrying a specific dealer warranty or manufacturer warranty, pre-owned vehicles are sold in accordance with Ohio law. Extended warranty and mechanical breakdown service contracts are available for purchase on eligible models.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any transactions conducted with Sahara Autos LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the courts of Butler County, Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
